Excess Weight

When the body carries excessive weight, it really struggles. Tight Muscles

Lastly, when you think about tight muscles your mind might go to a masseuse rather than a chiropractor, but chiropractors work with the muscles in the body, too.

This is because the bones don't just float on their own. They do support themselves to an extent, but they also rely on the support of your muscles. When those muscles become shortened and tight, it pulls on the bones instead. As you can imagine, this makes it harder for the spine and bones to stay where they belong, and it can create discomfort across the entire body.

When you visit with a chiropractor, they will take these three factors into account alongside a number of others to help restore your bones to where they belong.
